Angelina Ballerina™ The Next Steps twirls, taps, and tangos onto screens across the country next week. The HD, CG-animated series features all new music- and dance-filled adventures of Angelina Ballerina, the little mouseling with big dreams. Inspired by the best-selling children's book series by Katharine Holabird and Helen Craig, Angelina Ballerina™ The Next Steps follows the now 8-year-old Angelina and her new friends at a performing arts school, Camembert Academy. There they explore all kinds of dance and music, including ballet, modern, tap, jazz, ballroom, opera, hip hop, and ethnic dance.

Each episode also includes Camembert's Shining Stars, a live-action segment showcasing talented young performers, most from the New York area. Featured are dancers and musicians from Ballet Hispanico, the NY Chinese Cultural Center, Tap City Youth Ensemble, American Ballet Theatre, Black Violin, American Ballroom Theatre Youth Dance Company, Icon Dance Complex, P.S. 59's Keltic Dreams, Juilliard, and hip hop star Kenichi Ebina, among others.
